Biography:      Sean McEwen; RealEyes Capacity Consultants

 

Sean is a nationally recognized Workplace Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Culture Consultant and an engaging public speaker with over 25 years of experience helping organizations build inclusive, high-performing workplaces. As a Director at RealEyes Capacity Consultants, he supports private, nonprofit, and government sectors with sustainable workforce development while driving innovation, and boosting employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention. 

 

Sean has led the design and delivery of Employment Inclusion services for under-represented groups across Canada. He has provided coaching and leadership to teams of Career Practitioners supporting job seekers and employers, and has created and facilitated Equity, Diversity and Inclusion training for organizations nationwide. His work has contributed to the development of regional, provincial, and national networks focused on employment inclusion.
